This year more people came into the store with the catalog in their hands than ever before. It was a great marketing tool and it will continue to be our major advertising for the holiday season.

Inserting the holiday catalog into the papers of newspaper subscribers the week before Thanksgiving has worked well for us in bringing readers, and more importantly, new customers to our store. They bring the catalogs in marked up, and are happy to get ideas early on for gifts. We also use them as bag stuffers, and we find that people return to the store looking for books they've seen in the catalog. I believe it's one of the most important things that NAIBA does for the Indies. Keep up the good work!
